Role and Responsibilities

Source, interview, assess and hire qualified candidates.

Coordinates and attends job fairs, campus events, and other recruiting opportunities.

Actively and regularly interfaces with targeted high school, junior college, college and university placement office professionals – building mutually beneficial relationships.

Oversight of employee referral and assessment programs.

Manager offers of employment and on-boarding.

Build-out talent pool by showcasing our employer brand and effectively communicating the employee value proposition.
